Getting Started:

You can start using Simplify in two ways:

1. Sign up with a paid plan via the website.

Once you’re in, click on the “Simplify” tab and fill out your details.

🔔 Set Reminders Instantly In WhatsApp

Type:
“Shanaiya has a gymnastics class next Thursday at School - 4-5pm”
📩 You’ll get a calendar invite sent straight to your registered email.

🎙 Use Voice Notes (In Any Language!)

Try:
Voice note – “Remind me about Shania’s gymnastics class on Thursday from 4-5pm”
Simplify understands voice notes clearly and converts them into reminders.

✅ Create To-Do Lists

Say:
“Add ‘buy PE kit for Sam’ to my to-do list”
Simplify keeps track of everything you need to do. Think of this as your digital notepad, perfect for things that don’t require a calendar invitation. Just ask Simplify “What’s on my to-do list” to check the tasks that you have to complete.

To mark a task as done, you need to repeat the item - and mention done. Simplify will then update your to-do list accordingly.

📚 Homework Help

Send a photo or PDF of your child’s homework.
Simplify will offer suggestions on how to help your child, based on their learning style. You’ll need to have completed the assessment to be able to get personalised recommendations.

Send us a school newsletter, event flyers, or schedule screenshots from your school app – Simplify will extract key dates and send calendar invites.

👥 Add Your Partner To Events

Say:
“Parents’ evening at school tomorrow – add [partner’s name] to the invite”
If your partner was added during registration, they’ll automatically receive the calendar invite too.

👕 Set Up Uniform Schedules

If your child has a different uniform on certain days, just let Simplify know once and it’ll remember.

Try saying:
“Uniform is PE Kit on Fridays”
From then on, it’ll be included automatically in your daily reminder.
